"Great selection of tile (we love the design aspect of our finished bathroom). Attentive sales people before the sale. Cautions/Reasons for not providing 5 stars: 1) Be sure you work closely with your installer to verify tile/grout quantities rather than relying on store estimates. It was not made clear/pointed out during purchase that returns of unused tile are generally unaccepted and we ended up with enough left over to remodal another small bathroom. 2) Additional gotcha for us was that tile selected for our accent border in the shower was significantly thicker than the rest of the tile so install cost was significantly more. Not knowing enough to ask about this, I would have hoped the sales people would have advised us of this. We again tried to return the tile when we found out the problem but were denied. 3) While I know no one enjoys responding to deny a request radio silence gives the appearance that a request is being ignored and makes a person wonder if the manufacturer was contacted or the store front just doesn't want to deal with a return. A response without hounding would be nice and go a long way."

"Had carpet installed after the first carpet installed 2 years prior wore out in 2 years. Had new carpet installed and they ran the seam the wrong way so it’s very visible in the middle of the room. Had them out a few times to fix and it just looks worse. They offered to fix it and run the seam the correct way but at a cost of over 13 hundred dollars. They Said that seams aren’t guaranteed."

"We originally planned to come here just for some tile, but had such a great experience with Eric that we ended up coming back for carpet too and will definitely be back for more projects in the future! Eric has been SO helpful, kind, and easy to work with! Would give 10 stars if I could, highly recommend!"

"Came here twice to buy flooring. Of course had a great experience purchasing- however I had couple extra boxes left. I called and spoke to Eric and asked him if I was able to return the 3 boxes I had left. I was told I would get a phone call back that he had to speak to his manager. The next day I called him back he said he still haven’t had a chance to speak with him. A week later I’m still waiting on the phone call?! Bought 17 boxes of flooring from them and you mean to tell me you can’t return 3?! At least could have called me back and tell me we can’t return it. That would have been a lot better!!! Will be looking elsewhere when needing flooring!!"

Debating between practicality and current trends, Eric was able to find me something to bridge the gap between the two and we purchased our new carpet within a half hour!
