"Pricing for items is different at checkout. The wait in line to be checked out, then waiting for an associate to verify the price and lastly waiting for a manager to tell you that he can’t adjust the price although is was quoted and price verified by the associate assisting me."

"Ordering online pick up and return/ exchanges was the biggest hassle here. Plus You basically pick your own items. Pointless to order online. Seems like most of the employees are just winging it . They don't know much about the departments they work in."

I came back and talked with Wes . He helped me resolved problem in 2 days with smooth transaction with his great experience. I really appreciate for your kindness and highly recommended to someone. Also Aaron, Claudia and josh at cabinet department are so nice and great experience as well . Maria she is good customer service and friendly lady . Some are very bad attitudes and bad experiences, they need go to training class like Monica, Hector and Melina . They need learn how to treat customers. They should appreciate to customers who will help them have food on table . Can’t be rude with customer."

"I went here looking for particular items, and the employee I saw inside was such a great help. Even though the store is well organized, I am not familiar with it, so I asked an employee where I could find the items I needed. I know I can look for it alone, but I just asked the employee just so I could find it easily and conveniently. I thought that the employee would just give me directions or I thought he would just point out the location of the products, but instead of that, he was really kind and helpful in walking me to where the products I needed were located. I really like the customer service. Their employees are such a big help, and I like how they treat customers just like I had experienced. I was able to get the stuff I needed and I was also able to look for other things I might need at home or something. The store is also clean too, and everything is really organized and well-stocked too. I bought some stuff here, and I think it is a pretty good deal considering its good quality as well as its fair and reasonable prices."
