"Lack of communication. I was getting ready for my travels to Canada for a tournament, and i was told my prescription would be ready the next day, so I changed my flight to adjust. When I call the next day, i get the same response, it will be tomorrow. If I'd known ahead of time, I could've adjusted the right way. CORRECT COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!!"

I appreciate that and all are very interested in you and hopefully you will understand if have to go and even get your yearly flu shot and whatever else I would need.
