Arby's 2702 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750

"*update: we did return on 1/25 around 4pm EST, ordering shakes and fries. The window attendant was very kind and pleasant and our items were well made and presented. This experience was in stark contrast to the last; thank you! I normally don't leave poor reviews. This visit was pretty below par. I ordered a wrap to go. It was inedible, the wrap completely shredded and deconstructed. Because of the way it was torn and then saturated inside and out with sauce, it was only really edible with a fork later, not on the go as intended. When I ordered, the person taking my order consistently interrupted me to ask me what I wanted while I was telling him (the drink, for instance) and was very short with me and rude. The window attendee was also incredibly short with me and rude as well. The store wasn't overly busy for an evening meal rush, but did have customers. This enounter was disappointing."

"Getting into the parking lot was a hassle especially since the customer in front of me wanted to hold everyone up in order to get in the drive thru line (instead of driving in and pulling around the building to get in the end of the line) I could eat an Arby's classic roast beef sandwich every day lol. Worth the moderate road rage I experienced with the other customer not allowing me to enter."

"The young lady at the counter never acknowledged us when we said hello. Just stood there and stared. I got the fried Mac n cheese bites. 3 small bites and one that was crushed. Definitely not worth the money. Will only do drive thru if we even come again."

"Went through the drive through. This is the first time I have ever felt like they didn't want to serve me. I ordered a single sandwich and fries with a drink and a shake. Nothing complicated, the guy that took my money was very short with me. He was most definitely more interested in flirting with the girl that was working with him. It has been months since I've been to Arby's. This will be my last for a very long time."

"Customer service was fast and friendly! Food was great and dining room was spotless. One employee was even cleaning while we ate. The only thing less than stellar, were that both bathrooms were not clean. With that said, we will still be going back!"
