"I have purchased from here many times. I recently Purchased a rifle from here, and was getting my new scope mounted. When I returned home I noticed my scope mounts weren't right, and my crosshairs weren't level.Scratches were left on my scope in two places it is only cosmetic damage as far as I can tell but my things weren't respected here! They screwed me over as they said "The mounting and boresighting is on the house for I enjoy seeing young people buying guns" I took it a nice gesture, but I soon realised that's not what happened at all. I am infuriated that they were so inconsiderate of my belongings Vortex says that since it is only cosmetic that the warranty dosent apply, I'm disappointed Joe I thought you had respect!"
