"We tried again. This time, we didn't get our large fries, ended up with smalls instead. But after we tasted them, we were fine with that because it tasted like the oil hadn't been changed. The buns on our sandwiches were hard, too. I really hoped the last mistake was just a one-off. Afraid not. Updating review. They must have had someone take over, because my order wasn't right. I eat one meal a day, and today I wanted it to be Arby's as a treat. I ordered a bacon beef and cheddar combo, and when I got home it was a darn chicken sandwhich. (Past, no longer) Crew is always friendly, and order is always hot, correct and delicious."

"The front counter girl summer was so pleasant and made our little girl so happy. She let her pick the toy she wanted and was so patient while she ordered her food. Food service workers have it pretty rough and for her to be so cheery and sweet was so refreshing. She definitely deserves a raise!"
