"There were so many red flags in the beginning but I tried them anyway. The doctor, I can work with. The front desk/other staff, however, need several lessons on HIPAA, phone etiquette, communication and more. How are they still in business running this type of unorganized, unprofessional office?"

"Went to an appointment and the lady at the desk before even checking said they don't take my insurance which is on the list of doctors that take it but she never checked and said the doctor doesn't want to take it. She was an older woman with glasses!! She was very Rude!!!"
