"Jackie and Elaine (I think is her name) are 2 of the most unprofessional staff members I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It took over a month of back and forth phone calls to verify insurance that should've been verified the first time. Then when we finally get an appointment, we get there today only to figure out the doctor wasn't there. I've talked to their office manager, however she seems to have the same not care attitude as her subordinates (hmm...wonder where they learn it from). I highly recommend to never go through this place. Me and my wife are now looking for somewhere else. They want us to go to their Montgomery one but I think we will pass on the hassle. Really sucks because we loved Dr. Lawhon for our first kid. But his staff has ruined it for the second."
