"Come here all the time and the food is always fresh and service quick and friendly. However one time they did forget my straw, but I told the manager and he promptly took the young man out back and shot him in the knee. So all is well on my end. Thank you Chick-fil-A!"

"Never had an issue at any Chick-fil-A. My husband and I have 4 kids and typically when we eat out at other places something is always missing with our meal, but we have never had a problem here! Food is always warm and delicious, and the staff is always polite and friendly. Even when the place is packed we get our food in a timely manner no matter how we order and it's a family favorite."

"We went through the drive-by and were impressed with the service. The order taking and payment was processed by a friendly employee, and then picking up our meal was very seamless. The drive- thru process is like a fine tuned machine. Everyone knows their part, and they do it quickly and efficiently. My son enjoys the Chicken Nuggets, and loves the Mac N Cheese. He couldn't stop talking about it."

"By far one of the worst ran chick fil a restaurants in Indiana. Amazing that they can have thirty employees inside but no one has any clue what is going on. Fries were soggy and near inedible. Was told they don't offer fries "well done" even though I was here last week and was given crispy fries. The chicken sandwhich and nuggets were both fine which is the only reason this did not get a one star. There were several employees standing around doing absolutely nothing while three employees did all of the work. Benjamin at the cash register rushed us through the ordering process even though there was no one in line behind us."

"I am visiting my son and his family and we decided Chick-fil-A would be a great place for lunch. I hadn't used the app for a long time so I had to recreate my account. As with most apps first I picked the store, then navigated the menu. A couple of times when I went back it actually made me reselect the location. I added Nuggets without adding sauce, so I added them again thinking I could delete them later. I couldn't. I was able to add sauces. Order went through fine, but the screen locked before we arrived. This caused the app to freeze. Fortunately when I reopened it was at the order completion. But it denied we were at the store. It did allow me to override that and our order was delivered. I'll be ordering again, but it looks like app needs work."
