"I loved Dr. Clarke's office with my first pregnancy. I had no real issues other than it being really packed in the waiting room. Otherwise great office and great doctor. However this pregnancy was not the same. His new staff is incompetent. None of them communicate with each other well, nor you as the patient. You get lectured about not being there at a certain when you were given an appointment for another time. I decided to switch OBs early on as that I wanted a different line of care. When my current office tried to reach out for results of tests taken there they magically were unable to find them. For months we were given the run around and now I have to redo the tests again. I am highly agitated. I love Dr. Clarke as a doctor but his staffing needs an overhaul. They also need classes on how to better communicate, lose the attitudes, and be more kinder to the patients. Oh and one of the lab ladies needs to find another job she is very rude."

"Dr.Clarke is the best doctor in Mobile. You might wait forever but it's worth it. Him and his staff cares about the patients and he has a kind heart. He delivered both of my babies 1 boy which is 3 now and 1 girl which is a week old. I love going there they make you feel like family!!"

"My first visit here was great but the second visit i waited 2.5 hours before even paying my deposit and getting sent back. The front desk employees, that I have encountered, and some of the nurses are also rude and needs an attitude adjustment."

"The wait is way too long. My appointment can be for 10am & I wouldn’t even get called back until 12:30pm. I don’t plan on being here at the doctors office all day. This is ridiculous. It’s happened way too many times. I really have no other choice but to walk out."
