"Dr. Brandy Patterson is so wonderful! I can’t think her enough for taking care of me during pregnancy and then delivering our healthy baby boy. She came by the delivery room after she got out of clinic, instead of going home, to check on us. When she came, it was time to push. She didn’t leave or call another doctor in, she stayed and delivered our baby boy! She is so kind, encouraging, and high energy! The Lord has truly blessed her!"

"This low rating is intended to draw attention from Brookwood, assuming they care about their reputation on this platform. My experience with the front desk staff was extremely poor. They are very quick to treat you like an ignorant person with minimal contact. Most of the time, they are quite rude, and it's even worse over the phone. Adding to this, they lack knowledge about appointments, fail to provide instructions, and assume you are an experiment in their procedures (where each analysis is done, who to contact, etc.). I do not recommend this experience to anyone. However, apart from these nightmares, the care from nurses and doctors was good."
