"This happened years ago, but I thought of it again today and realized others might want to know just in case. My one appointment with Dr. Bolton went well, but afterward I discovered that one of the nurses had breached confidentiality and revealed my very sensitive medical information to various people in the community . This culminated my mother being cornered about it by a coworker. The nurse was not fired over this incident or disciplined in any way, because they deemed that she hadn’t used the specific language used in my file to describe my condition. I was a vulnerable teenager at the time of this incident, and it completely shattered my trust in medical professionals."

"I LOVED Dr. Bolton, I cannot give enough stars for her as a provider. She will stay and talk and listen and treat you as a number one priority. Tammy is amazing as well. However, my only complaint and the reason for only two stars will be because of the reception. It has been pulling teeth to get a call back and be able to just make an appointment for a simple procedure and trying to get my insurance information and name changed since I am recently married. I have had the same issue a month ago trying to get a refill on a prescription. UPDATE: I tried calling all day Friday and again yesterday. I left two voicemails and did not receive a call back. This morning I called and left another voicemail demanding my medical records and finally received a call back with a weak excuse that they were closed ALL DAY FRIDAY, even though they usually close at noon on Friday and my calls were between 9am and the last one where I left the voicemail was 12:40pm. And they seemed happy to send my medical records elsewhere. I am in shock honestly. They seem to be giving business away. I just did not expect this especially since Dr. Bolton is so attentive herself. Wish there was some way to reach her to explain why I left because I definitely was not asked why or if there was something that could be done to make me stay."

"I loved Dr.Bolton she was nice and she listen and answered all my crazy questions!! Love love her! I had issues that my other doctor wants to do surgery and wouldn't give me a good reason why! Dr. Bolton was like no way, let's look at it different and I will listen to you! Don't do nothing drastic, go to her and get an second opinion!"
