"I had no issues on wait time since I was referred and had an appoint. My issue is they won't answer the phone. When you leave a voicemail, they won't call you back. I have to call them twice a week for the last 3 weeks, and I have not spoken to once person nor has anyone tried to call me back. Do not recommend."

"A family referred us to Partlow for Dr. Ray. She’s really sweet so is the ultrasound specialist however, the wait time is TERRIBLE you can guarantee to wait an hour minimum. I’ve waited up to 2 hrs before and the front desk ladies are not very welcoming. They also take at least 15-20 mins to pick up phone calls and will continuously pick up listen if you’re still holding then put you back on hold. We won’t be returning after this baby and wouldn’t recommend either."

"Dr. Ray was fine, nothing against her. Each appointment was about 2 hours of waiting and then 10 minutes maximum in the room with the doctor. The reason I’ve discontinued my care from this office and decided to seek another OBGYN during this pregnancy is the front desk staff. As someone who is pregnant for the first time they are rude, will be on their phones in front of you, ignore you, and be just overall disrespectful! Especially that girl with the short hair and glasses. In addition to that, when I had questions about my deductible I was essentially told that I’d have to pay it twice because my baby is due in February 2024 and my 20 week appointment took place in 2023!! Ridiculous! The women’s pavilion in Northport has been such a blessing."

"I was a new patient of Dr. Greens as I found out I was pregnant in early May. The majority of my visits were very routine and brief as I have been blessed to have a very normal, healthy pregnancy. Nothing personal towards Dr. Green herself but I had decided I wanted to visit another OB to see which office I was more comfortable and connected with better. I placed in the request to fax over my records, which I had to consistently call about as the receiving office never got them. At this point I was 36 weeks pregnant. I had come to terms I was probably going to settle with DCH as the receiving office never received the fax of records. It wasn’t until my 37 week appointment that I called the office for a reminder as to my appointment time the next day. The lady at the desk informed me they completely unenrolled me as a patient and would no longer be seeing Dr. Green simply due to me placing in a request to fax my records. I was never told faxing my records would “fire” me as a patient. I even noted on the fax request that this was simply to get a second opinion. When i asked the lady to either re-fax my paperwork or please reschedule me, she refused to place me back on the schedule and quoted another week before she would refax my records. Keep in mind at this point I am almost 38 weeks pregnant and had yet to have my Strep B swab nor cervical check to make sure I was progressing correctly and baby was head down. When speaking with the front office and questioning why my appointment was even canceled in the first place, the representative felt the need to repetitively ask me what was occurring that I wanted a second opinion on as my pregnancy was normal and had no complications. As a first time, 37 week pregnant mother, this office canceled my patient status with 0 warning and refused to try to help with my record situation to get booked into another office. This level of unprofessionalism is like no other."

"Dr Patterson was great and deserved 5 stars and the awesome Sonographer Joy also deserved 5 stars. However, I left this clinic after Dr Patterson has left in July. The wait sitting in the waiting area was the longest I have experienced.. like once my appointment time was 10am, I was not seen till around 1245pm... the wait is usually 2 hours at least and the waiting area is packed. I have switched to another practice and I am usually scanned within 15 mins of appointment time."
