"I wish I could give negative stars. Delaney Bennett signed me up for an auto policy I did not want. I told him that I was sticking with my home owners policy only, well he signed me up anyway! Somehow got my VIN number because I didn’t give him that and put an active policy on my car. When I got the bill, I didn’t pay it because why would I? Well Allstate sent me to collections and now are refusing to fix it. I’m not paying for something I didn’t want and was illegal signed up for. I still have my home owners through them… for now. Absolutely awful company and of course Delaney no longer works there according to the lady on the phone but yet he still shows on their website…? Absolutely disgusting"

"WORST insurance company EVER! I would have given zero stars but for the fact that you have to include at least one. First time having homeowner's insurance and went with this agency as they came through a lender referral. Had to submit a claim and I am now almost 7 weeks out with no resolution in sight. We have been living in a construction zone with a barely usable kitchen during this entire duration. No one at this agency reached out to help resolve my claim. When I called about the damage we experienced, I was told by the agent that this is not what homeowner's insurance is for. "It is for catastrophic events, like a fire or if a tree falls on your house." Apparently, according to him, not when you have a water damage incident. Really, Bill? Is your agency specializing in bullying now? I would expect that a local company would take care of their customers and provide superlative customer service. Not Breck Price Allstate Insurance and certainly not Allstate period. We have been tossed around to different adjustors, none of them local, all with a different story and all with promises to get this resolved and get our kitchen and laundry room put back whole. I'm STILL waiting! Complete lack of communication on the part of Allstate agents. Shameful, unprofessional and appalling! "Do the right thing" is clearly NOT their motto! We are NOT IN GOOD HANDS!"

"Everyone at this office has always been extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your policies!!! The one occasion that I needed them due to a hailstorm that damaged my car, they made sure that my car was repaired as good as new! Trust me, you won't regret giving them the opportunity to cover your home or vehicles."

"The Breck Price Allstate Agency is an outstanding organization. This agency has serviced all of my personal insurance needs for several years, as well as manage my retirement and college savings plans for the kids. I have an extensive list of insurance policies written through the Price agency...to include home, multiple autos, motorcycle, boat, utv, utility trailers, long term disability, umbrella liability, etc.... Connie, Chase, Breck, Keith and support staff are very knowledgeable about the services and products offered through Allstate....they are top notch people I trust and value their opinions and honesty. I do not feel "pressured" to buy something I do not need.....I can rely on honest recommendations based on my current needs. I have been with "other" top rated insurance companies in the past, only to be disappointed when I actually needed to use the insurance I'd been paying for over several years. I actually pay substantially less with the Price/Allstate agency, than I have with other top rated providers. I'm not saying Allstate is the least expensive insurance offered....however, this is one of those "you get what you pay for" type examples. I have unfortunately had to file a few claims over the years and have been extremely satisfied with the claims process....and the prompt attention provided to accommodate my needs. I honestly could not be more satisfied with the quality of service I have received from the Breck Price Allstate Agency."
