"I had a very bad experience with Bayside for car insurance. Over the few months I had displeasure to deal with the unprofessional and dishonest agents and owner, I was directly lied to several times by several female agents and male supervisor and the owner as well. I tried to communicate my displeasure about the disrespectful and horrendously unprofessional and dishonst service I received to a male supervisor and I was treated even more disrespectfully and unprofessionally by that male supervisor. I tried to talk to the owner Kathy, and she treated with even more contempt. In my nearly a half a century in dealing with car Insurance agencies and companies, I have never been treated so unprofessional and stupidly and dishonestly by such parochial "mom and pop" organizations than Bayside. It was almost laughable how uneducated and unprincipled this whole Bayside insurance agency is, from the top on down, if car insurance were not such a SERIOUSLY important issue. My recommendation is that you go to a more reputable, honest, professional, personable and much more well established agency for your car insurance or other insurance needs."
