"30 minutes early to appointment. They are good about communicating your responsibility to be on time. Waited more than an hour with ppl coming in and getting called back. Several staff standing and chatting at reception without a word being said to me about delay much less apologies. Politely told them I left work early to get there and that job is how I pay them. They made no attempt to call me and reschedule.Within a week they cancelled my psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis meds that came from manufacturer. No call, no email, no apologies. They don't need patients and they don't need me. Be warned, they don't need anything. They're self sustaining."

"We have been going to this practice for a few years now and that will come to end. Wait times are crazy. Blaming it on staffing instead of what it is, overbooking. Waiting 2hours to be seen is wild. There also was a mess up with my sons medication and then blamed me for the mix up. Wanted us to come back in and spend more money on unnecessary appointments. It’s unfortunate because there PA’s are super awesome here."

"I have been a patient with this practice for several years but unfortunately I will be cutting ties due to their business practices. My account was placed into collections in August for $40 which now was inflated to $100 due to the collection company adding on their fees. I showed up for a scheduled appointment after receiving a text reminder and was asked to not only pay the $100 but also all billed services up front at 100% with insurance reimbursement which is around $200 per visit. I wasted my time taking off work when this was not communicated to me effectively prior to the appointment time. In fact, the office stated they left a voicemail reminding me of said appointment which was not true as I checked and did not have such a voicemail. While I understand their standpoint on financial policies, I disagree with the overuse of collection services (especially under $100) and the up front cost for service. It’s discriminatory against those in lower socioeconomic statuses and shows that this business isn’t in the practice of actually helping others be successful in skincare recovery but only about how they can make the most money. Fortunately I do not have skin cancer or any serious concerns, but it certainly poses the question of how they treat patients if they don’t have the ability to pay within 10 days of an invoice or the full insurance amount if you’re placed on the “naughty list” for payment. As a minority patient, I absolutely do not recommend this place as they have proven they will not provide grace. Do better Three Rivers Dermatology."

"Dr Sass is wonderful. I am nervous about my body being touched and he made it safe and was so kind and gental. He listened to all of my concerns and looked where I have concerns and places where there could be concerns due to other areas. He explained it all in a way I was able to understand, gave me prescriptions. He makes sure that he isn't giving you over priced stuff, and sent out for a compound treatment to see if it works, before trying the treatment they sell there. His whole staff is warm and inviting. So sweet and kind. And if you are curious, the door says "Fault" I couldn't recommend this place any harder if I tried."
