"Love love love this place. And the new manager has really made a difference. Since she has been in charge, the rooms are always tidy, the ice bath smells great (used to have an odor that made me nervous), even the little touches for the plentiful fancy rolled towels, correct size robes, and prepped teas and waters show her care! This place is an oasis. Love the red light, cryo face mask, and fire and ice sessions. So invigorating!"

"Started coming here in August to try the float. Was not sure how I felt about it the first time but decided to give it a couple of tries. Glad I did because all of my arthritis pain is gone and my knees and lower back no longer hurt. So needless to say, I'm hooked due to the pain relief i'm getting. Today I also tried the fire and ice. I was only able to get in the cold plunge up to my chest but once I was able to breath through it it was quite empowering. If you've ever thought about coming and trying any of the services they offer, I definitely recommend doing it."
