"Wouldn’t sell me hair color remover because I’m not a “professional.” I’ve been dyeing my hair for the last 4 years and not once have I been denied a purchase for such a minuscule reason. Whose business is it whether or not I dye hair professionally? I’m doing my own hair, so what’s the issue? If I mess up, I’m gonna blame myself for it. I bought the color remover which would make it my responsibility to handle it with care. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way out to a store just so they can prevent me from doing my hair in a more practical manner."
