"Overpriced, over marketed, numerous technicians just going through the motions, poor management, limited availability. Had a good masseuse for the first year or so and after he left, it all went downhill. Future appointments with a number of different people were subpar... from poor technique to long nails - most left me feeling frustrated instead of rejuvenated. To top it off staff interaction / courteousness declined... and then there was the day I got home and received a new notification that my credit card had just been charged $20. I called only to encounter a defensive receptionist who insisted I requested the transaction and was incredibly rude. The amount of time it took to reverse an unapproved charge was completely unacceptable. They rarely had availability after a typical 8-5 work day, even when trying to book 4-6 weeks out. This amassed credits to the point they couldn't be used before my cancellation date, and ultimately my money went down the drain."

"Came in for a very needed massage after having my baby. I seen Edward and he was amazing! Very professional and focused on the areas I told him needed the most work. He is deep pressure and It was the prefect amount. I was always intimidated by deep pressure but It was worth It. Definitely going to be coming back again to see him! Front desk was also very nice and lobby was super clean."
