"Everytime I come here, they never have the one item I'm looking for. I decided to come on lunch for my Tarte BB cream, light. That's the only thing I buy from here. AGAIN.... not in stock. So I asked someone if they happen to have any in the drawers they have.. she said she would be right there to help me. I waited and waited... Looked around, she was no where to be found. I was on my lunch break from work so I had to leave. I don't have time waiting, when all's I was asking is if they can take a peak in the drawers they sometimes stock things in. So annoying. Now I have to go to another one or order online. Why can't you guys just have things in stock!!"

"So typically I have an OK experience when I visit here they’re typically busy seem to be shortstaffed, but today was just a horrible experience and I’m just confused so I walked in to get a perfume and I wanted to get a travel size because I wanted to try try it out I walked over there was another lady standing there looking just confused nobody in the department they are people and all the other departments helping people one person looks over and says someone will be right with you. A young lady comes over but she’s looking for something else. She asked me do I need help and I say yes and telling her that I need the travel size of this perfume she tells me to go to the front. All the travel sizes are in the front at the register, and they can assist me there . OK I go stand in line for 10 minutes for me to get to the front for the young lady to tell me all we don’t have that I’m like well why would the lady tell me to stand here and getting line and waste 10 minutes if you didn’t have it and she was like oh we don’t have it OK well what’s the smaller size? How much is that because I was just gonna buy that because at this point, I want to buy perfume so the young lady to the right is like oh what she just told you to come stand here because that’s is where the teavel sizes are , But why wouldn’t you check you have the handheld on your hip, but I guess it’s better for me to just stand in line and waste my time instead of you checking I ask how much the smaller size is and you tell me you don’t know I think it’s 70 $80 I don’t know so nobody could take the time to look up the price of the perfume so at this point just frustrated I just walked out the door and they were looking at me like I was the one that had the problem. It was just horrible customer service I will not be back. I will go to a different location"

"I’m sorry to say this but this store had went down the drain. It used to be nice ,organized and clean and today when I walked in was beyond disgusting. Make up all unorganized, powder from eyeshadows,foundation all over, all the samples perfumes were locked up. Like who locks up samples? If you need to smell a sample you need to wait on someone. So many employees and there was only one cashier. This store looks more like a second hand make up store. I saw a lady opening a lipstick and trying it on and putting it back. Do you know how disgusting that it."

"I like ulta and this ulta. The staff have always been friendly. Sometimes, they ask you if you need help, but not always. If you need help you can always ask one of them and they'll gladly help. I've had both experiences. I love how they have many different price points to help everyone with different budgets. They carry many good brands. They are always having sales or coupons out. So be in the lookout."
