"My daughter is turning the big 16 and she is such a blessing I wanted to surprise her with a facial.I walked in made an appointment 3 weeks in advance with Ashley she seemed to be very nice unfortunately my 7 year old had to have emergency surgery I tried calling and texting couldn’t get a hold to anyone. The day of I received a notification that our appointment was being changed to Deborah. After arriving I tried speaking with Ashley about both communication and appointment change conversation felt more like a small tug-of-war verses an apology . Deborah was very pleasant and gentle with my daughter she informed us that we should have stopped all dermatology creams and medications a week before. But again I never was informed or asked those questions while making the appointment I even stated this was our first time. Overall Deborah saved the appointment and I would book with her again and refer clients to her."
