"So much flavor! Big portions. Nice people. This was my first time trying koshari and I’m so glad I did. This was my favorite dish! We also tried shawarma and I’ve had so many different kinds but this one had the best garlic sauce we’ve found in the Midwest. The hummus with meat on top was top notch too. We kept eating, everyone would say they were full and then continue to eat more because it was so good. The people were very nice to us too. We will be making this a regular stop when we come through Chicago. Definitely recommend."
"The ambience was good. And we hardly found 3 chicken items and all of them tasted really good. The Arabic coffee was not that great. Overall you can give it a try."
"We wandered in for lunch. Great authentic food, and halal, if that's important for you. Also many vegetarian items. No street parking, but campus garage across the street is only $3 for two hours. Family friendly. Seems accessible for wheelchairs, etc."
"Visited for the first with my lab members. Absolutely loved it! Beautiful ambience, neat and clean with Middle Eastern vibes. Their staff was so warm and welcoming. Delicious food. We ordered Mezza in the starters. It's a must try. Tamiya or fava beans falafel was so fresh and tasty. Koshary and Shish kebab were new favourites among my colleagues. Will visit again."
