"IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! We had to call multiple times to get it canceled (guess what? Not only got charged once, but TWICE after we called and confirmed that we no longer wish to be insured by them AFTER the first time. Instead of just refunding the money the same way they took it out (via automatic withdrawal) they decid3ded to make it even more difficult for us by having the MONTGOMERY office send us a check... been waiting for almost 2 damn weeks. Not like we needed that money THEY HAD NO BUSINESS TAKING for things like groceries and gas. Just lovethe struggle. But they don't care bc it's not their money."
