"Thank you Marx Optical for helping me today. My glasses’ frame pin fell out while running errands today so I stopped by Marx. I am not a customer of theirs prior to today but they repaired my glasses on the spot. Took maybe 5 minutes. Mind you, they had regular scheduled patients and I was just a walk-in. Best customer service ever! If they could help a stranger then I know they are awesome with regular patrons. Recommend Marx -Decatur AL for all your eye care needs!"

"I was very disappointed with this place. Took forever to make an appointment. They called me back a couple hours later to make my appointment. Then you have to seat in your car till someone comes out to get you. That is ridiculous. I had something wrong with my eyes and the doctor took about 5 minutes with me and said Well, we will just go with an eye infection. He was basically guessing. He prescribed me antibiotics and steroids. I took them for a week and it did not clear up my infection. He didn't check my eyes real good. I wasted about $100.00 and now I am going to have to spend another $100.00 somewhere else because the doctor didn't fix my problem. I bought glasses here in the past and spent $500.00 on a pair of glasses. They are way over priced. I went to America's best and I got 2 pairs of glasses for $300.00 I will never come back to this place. I went to America's Best for a second opinion. The doctor at America's Best took her time with me and did several test to find out exactly what was wrong. The doctor at Marx Optical misdiagnosed me. I didn't even have a eye infection. America's Best found the problem and got me what I needed. They only charged me $30 for an exam. When I went to Marx Optical with 2 insurance's and I never have to pay out of pocket, they made me pay $50.00 up front. I just wish I would have never went to Marx Optical in the first place. I wasted my money."

"First class service by the best in the business! Glasses in about an hour. Prices were reasonable and the quality was outstanding. I got this great pair of OVVO frames with progressive lenses. Because it was almost closing time, I had to pick them up the next day. They gave me a call the next morning letting me know they were ready and that I could pick them up at my convenience. Couldn't be happier with the service, quality, and convenience of the in store lab. Where else can you get your new glasses the same day?"
