"I work in an office that is constantly in contact with county court systems. Contacting anyone in this system is a nightmare. Our office depends on websites being on a continuous update for public officials. I also mail important documentation to these officials and finding the correct address is nightmarish on a whole new level. Ugh!"
"It has been almost a year now since I've moved to Dallas County and I've called at least 5-6 times requesting for someone from the road department come out to check the drain. When I first called, they told me someone would come out the next week to check it. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and they stated that, they did not have the proper equipment (like they didn't know this when I first called). After calling 4 more times after that, all they would tell me was that they would put in another work order for it. It is now February of 2023, and I've ben calling since March of 2022. Let's just say the job still hasn't been done. This has been so unwelcoming. A follow-up call to at least make me think you guys care would have been great."
"The personal is very nice and friendly them hep you will everyone"
"Sent off for replacement title over a month ago on a vehicle I sold because lady lost the title before switching it over so I requested that it be sent to their office when returned. Today I was told that it had been misplaced and I would have to pay for another one if not found and the supervisor wouldn't even speak to me on phone . Very unprofessional and unorganized losing important documents and they need to get it together up in there because they get paid to do that job and no one should have to pay for their mistakes it should come out of their check."
"They are open but practicing safe guide lines in dealing with Covid 19"
