"I talked to jake about one of your customers who smacked the mirror off my truck as we passed each other on Hillard loop rd in Townley. So it's a really small road obviously and even with the guy and his wife admitting it was his fault, Jake told me that there was not enough evidence to prove guilt. If he would have done a good job like any other insurance company and actually done a good investigation he could have got on Google maps and never left his little desk, and seen that even if we both were in our lanes, we would have hit each other. I told him that I had already got off the road and had to swerve farther when I seen he wasn't getting over. I don't have alfa and I've thought hard about switching just because Mr. jake there would have all the evidence he needed to show his customers at fault and still not pay out a claim."
