"Over priced, no communication, don't return phone calls, my motorhome was in for 7 weeks before I got any answers or diagnosis. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I called and spoke with Dean, who assured me that they were capable on fixing my RV on a Ford chassis.When I dropped it off I spoke with Greg, with whm I stated the ivechile ssues. The issues I was having with my vehicles was acceleration performance when it warmed up. He stated he would check the typical air/fuel conditions. He stated that he would start with a computer scam and basic tuneup. He didn't want to exceed a typical four hour diagnostic charge. I requested a fuel pressure test as well.when I picked up my RV, he listed the codes which were transmission related. I explained that a new transmission was replaced and the scan codes needed to be removed. Having done just that, when I got into my RV, there was grease all over the floor and dog house carpet. The dog house and steering column panel were not returned to their proper position. I was charged four hours diagnostuc fee, with no fuel pressure test , new scan codes, or a solution to the problem, other than it's transmission related. All this occured during a two week period, which I will never get back. With some painful investigation and simple mechanical theory, I found the problem to be a faulty ignition control module. Go figure, with all those top trained mechanics, using sophisticated tools, a simple backyard mechanic used the basics of fuel, air, spark, and combustion to figure it out. After the greasy mess they left in my RV, I wouldn't ever let them change a flat tire. Thank you."

"Austgen Fleet service saved us! We had lost the brakes on our RV coming through Chicago and nobody seemed to be able to help us. Austgen Fleet Service was able to get the parts and get us going when we were literally stuck. We had to stay a couple of days in the RV in their parking lot, but they made us feel comfortable knowing that they were going to get the work done right. "If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would! They went above and beyond for me and did a fabulous job. I was on vacation, hauling a camper in the bed of my Toyota Tacoma. The camper was causing the rear suspension to begin to fail. After calling several other similar businesses that told me they were too busy or didn't know how to do the reapair, Austgen Fleet Maintenance was recommended to me. The manager, Greg, saw that I was in trouble and needing to get back to Colorado. I highly recommend Austgen Fleet Maintenance and have nothing but praise for the way that they run their business.
