"My husband called on the 20th to get prices on a tire he needs replaced. Her name was either Sharon or Sherry that answered. She said the sales team was busy, but took down his name and number. He hadn’t heard back, and called again. Sharon/Sherry answered again and said they were still busy. 2 days later and never returned a phone call. We have gone here a few times and had great experiences, unfortunately we had to go elsewhere because they have been “too busy” for 2 days now. **You asked for me to email you, I emailed you before writing this review, no one ever answered me. In the end, it doesn’t matter now. We went elsewhere that wasn’t too busy for us and had enough respect to call us back."
