"I haven’t been to Albert’s in years…I went on a very busy day… the day before Valentine’s Day trying to find my mother a diamond necklace for my dad. The saleswoman was an older lady. She looked like she had a long day. I was very patient. I found a diamond necklace that I liked but I wanted to purchase another chain. She found me one that went with the diamond charm. I had to wait awhile again it was very busy in there. She rung me up but didn’t offer me the extended warranty. I had to ask her about the extra warranty. When she went to ring me up she noticed that she didn’t charge me for the other necklace I got. While I was standing there another saleswoman had a customer and she asked him if he wanted a warranty on his items. So I was thinking to myself why wasn’t I offered before I was cashed out. But overall I will be back but with another salesperson."
"Absolutely amazing place. I didn’t quite know what I was looking for when I walked in, but Laura helped immensely and I was really happy with my final purchase. I got a good look at all of my options and Laura was able to share some history on each watch brand to make sure I was getting what I really wanted. All of the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Great local business to support, and I’ll be back soon!"
