"The staff was friendly but unfortunately I regret ever thinking of getting piercings here. I would not recommend this place for a piercing. Save your money and go to a professional place that knows how to properly pierce in the correct spot and has quality jewelry. A place that takes their time with you and cares enough about you to not leave you botched. Trust me you will thank me later. FYI I would post a photo of my piercings but unfortunately I’m too embarrassed. They are the worst piercings I’ve ever gotten done. Reply: I’m sorry that you didn’t find me in your database. But I still have my original receipt, the poor quality jewelry I purchased, and the empty can of after care spray, and my bank statements that show that i was pierced at your location. I don’t need to proof anything. Nor do I have to provide a photo. I’m responsible with all my piercings. Unfortunately your friendly employee hyped me up and I spent between $200-$250 that day at your location. I also didn’t go back to you guys because why would I go back to get “help” from a place that didn’t do a great job in the first place. Common sense. Bottom line is that I got pierced here and I posted my review to help people out there that are thinking of getting a piercing at this specific location. I still stand by what i said and I don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"I have gone to Lucky Star for a couple of piercings. They’re professional, well-priced, and have a large selection of earrings/ body jewelry to choose from. The last two times Karla pierced my ears and did an outstanding job. She made sure to show me that she preps a clean start with new gloves, uses a new needle, explains the do’s & don’ts for aftercare, and is very quick/ efficient. I have recommended this spot to friends & family."
