"Absolutely pitiful customer service. My wife got a nail in her 2020 Explorer's tire so I took the wheel in for a simple patch. They damaged the black powdercoat significantly with scratches down to bare metal on the outside of the wheel when breaking the bead. When made aware of the issue, they first claimed that they were not responsible for any damage to the wheel. They then said we were being too picky to notice the damage. They eventually refunded the cost of the patch, but now I will have to fix the wheel damage on my own time and cost."
