"On-line appointment scheduling worked great, allowing me to pick a convenient appointment. Mobile device check-in and co-pay was intuitive and worked well. Office was clean and nicely appointed. Wait times were very short between check-in, nurse interview, x-Ray tech, PA, and Dr Cope. Nurse, tech, PA, and Dr Cope were all very pleasant and professional. Each person took their time to evaluate my condition thoroughly in their respective capacity. The decision was made to do some additional imaging to better evaluate my unusual condition. The imaging appointment was made on the spot for the following week to allow time to verify that my insurance would pay for the imaging (which is the prudent way to proceed as I have had a lot of imaging recently).
