"We ordered on online. Got Chicken shawarma for protein with a side of 2 falafels. Lets just say, the "chicken" was non-existent. I think there were like 2-3 teeny-tiny slivers of chicken in the entire bowl. I will say the flavors and sauces (there were 3 sauces) were excellent. We grilled our own chicken on the side and had the bowl. Overall: Good taste but if your looking for a meal with a descent amount of protein, this is Not it."

"Stole my money. We ordered $61 worth of food online on NYE. We walked from our hotel to the location to pick up our food. Their holiday hours were posted on the door and they were supposed to be open, but the doors were locked. We called the phone number listed in our confirmation email from the naf naf grill website. A man answered the phone, who we could see inside the business peaking through to see if we were actually standing at the door. He claimed he saw no order from my name. Then he offered to issue a refund, which is odd if he never got the order. How does he know where to issue the refund if he never got the order? Except I have received no refund and no email stating a refund is coming. The charge is still on my account. We got charged $61 bucks and received no food. Bunch of thieves and obviously an employee who just wanted out of there because it's a holiday and didn't feel like making orders. But don't be rude - Customers didn't create your holiday hours, your boss did. Also while we were standing there on the phone with the employee who was inside the restaurant, several groups of people tried walking up to enter the business as well. Obviously we weren't the only ones being shafted by the employees at this location."

"Stopped for lunch. Food was cold. The whole place was also dirty. Do they even have a cleaning person? Got charged for two bowls instead of one and a chicken shawarma. I didn't notice until we left. It was okay. Probably won't return."
