"I ordered from uber eats tonight and I had been trying to give this restaurant a chance but for the last three times I've ordered there food has been overcooked and hard and I can't eat it if it's too hard. Don't order the catfish nuggets or the fried chicken. I ordered the but one get one free 6 piece chicken dinner. Not worth the.money at all. And Uber eats didn't credit me or anything all they did was have me take photos of the order. I feel so cheated out of my money. Worst of all the food was so hard I couldn't even bite into the food. The other person I bought food for could only eat three pieces. I do not recommend this place. I am even thinking about stopping and using Uber and Uber eats. All of them get a zero minus from me. I want my money back."

"Chicken is fried so hard can't even chew it. They refuse to give any type of refund because we ate some of the chicken. Yes, we ate some of the chicken and realized it was hard. Before I ordered it I asked them not to fry it hard. They used to be good but the last couple of times not good."

"I wanted to leave a good review because I genuinely loved this shark's restaurant but today I tried to call to order for my work and a real rude person answered the phone and rudely informed me that you no longer take phone orders and you can only do it online and through the app.. well I am done . I don't wish to pay extra charges for your app or your online orders I just wanted to call in an order and go pick it up I'm done. Ex loyal customer of 10 years."

"50 half wings, is this a joke? I expected halves o wings not wings literally cut ( meat side in half). So done with eating out and next time hold the feathers!!!!! We could not eat this. No excuse this chicken was not cleaned properly."

"First when I arrived bad customer service.I made an order over the phone employee was rushing to take my order. My food was not fully cooked or fresh. I called up there asking for a refund/remake the manager that was there started arguing with me. My whole order was just wrong and chicken was just horrible."
