"My daughter has lived at Broadstreet at Eastchase for almost a year. Owners/management changed mid-application/move in and while we experienced a few minor hiccups, we have been very pleased with her experience there. Maintenance calls have been attended to very quickly and everyone in the office has been super helpful. EDIT: My daughter has still not received her security deposit refund (moved out 8 months ago) - phones calls and messages have gone unanswered."

"I wanted to live here originally in 2012 and I was so happy when I got accepted last year. It is expensive but when your safety isn't a question, is it really that expensive? Never had anyone break into my car or my apartment and my neighbors were extremely friendly. Kim and Haylee are one of the most professional office ladies I've ever had the fortune to ineract with. You won't need to worry about living where no one communicates with you because that's not a issue here. Maintenance men come and fix your problems either that day or 1 to 2 days later so you won't feel neglected here either. Again, the price is high but it is worth having a place where you know you will be well taken care of. Thank you everyone for making my lease term so enjoyable."

"This is an amazing place to live. The staff is very friendly and anytime I have needed something, they take care of it is soon as possible. The maintenance team is always ensuring that the property is clean and orderly. The ladies at the front office are very helpful and friendly. My favorite part is the pool and it is almost always clean and orderly."
