"I have complained to the management numerous times about one tenant that harasses the older women in the complex and anyone who parks near his truck (black small truck) he cusses them and yells at them whether a tenant has company or family visiting this boy I'm not going to call him a man will cuss women out 60+ in age and the management does nothing. He has a mind of a 2 year old. Even tenants before that no longer live there has had issues with this one tenant and management continues to do nothing."

"No communication They don’t call you back. When I finally talked to someone I was told one price than what’s on the site. I never could get answers to my concerns about seeing certain apartments. Seems like a lot of people have moved from the apartment due to poor management. I remember when the apartments had a wait list."

"I don’t not recommend at all!!!! I stayed there 4 months and nobody never came to fixed anything. I absolutely hated staying out there. They moved me inside a Dirty infested apartment! My apartment was infested with roaches and spiders . Toilet and tub were stained upon moving in,mold in under sinks and tub , dead roaches in cabinets, holes in the walls etc. Maintenance was not good. Please don’t move out there!!!"

The new management company, Stellar Management is amazing. They always put the residents first. Looking forward to amazing changes in the near future."

"I heard the complex was under new management. Once I found out it's Stellar/Ventron Management I had to go ahead and give it 5 stars. I've lived at one of their properties before and LOVED it. The office staff was amazing. The complex was always clean and manicured. I locked myself out of my apartment one night and the emergency maintenance came through to help me out. Great experience!"
