"Worst place in Montgomery to live, Our living room floor was sunken in like a ramp. My boyfriend and I had an altercation in which the property manager ASHLEY AND LEASING AGENT DESTINY used their personal devices to look up someone else’s information and give to him which is completely illegal and unethical for them to do while at work. They told my boyfriend that they would have to charge him a full months rent for February but called everyday to request the keys back before the month was out. The maintenance men sold our kids beds and whatever else was left before we could get it. They also sell anything that’s left whether you’re coming back or not. You have to call over 1,000 times to even get them to fix things in the apartment. There are roaches, the ceiling leaks and the bathroom is always clogged, and the dish washers doesn’t work!! I have called to speak with someone in corporate several times but they only give u the managers email which is NOT CORPORATE ."
"If zero stars was an option, they’d get it. Do not live here. I moved into this property July 2021. There was a leaky ceiling that happened September 2021 in the master bedroom which eventually formed mold in the master bathroom. The light fixture was inoperable and sparking fire when the light switched was flipped. I also had three mice in the apartment that I had to take care of myself. I also had a dishwasher that didn’t work. Both of the bathroom sinks were clogged up. I notified the complex several times via phone, email and in person to submit work orders. Not even a week prior to me moving out, they finally reached out to me and came and fixed all of the issues in a day after me contacting them. I moved out of the apartment June 28, 2022 to Georgia and informed the office that I’d be mailing the keys back to them. The office received the keys on July 8, per the lady over move outs who receives the keys. I called the office to inquire about a security deposit, but was informed that I had been charged over $400 for leaving two couches and a grill in the balcony storage. I was informed by a neighbor that the maintenance men of the property in fact sold the couches that I left and took the grill home. The lady in the office over move outs could not provide me with the amount I was being charged for the keys, that I had returned. It was not stated ANYWHERE in my lease that I would be charged until the keys made it back to the property. The only item pertaining to Keys that are not returned is $15/key. However this doesn’t apply to me because I returned them. I explained this same information to the office and the lady continuously told me that she charged me until she got the keys back. I asked to speak to the property manager, in which the lady told me she was in the office, but unavailable to speak to me because the property manager doesn’t deal with move outs. I tried to inform her that I was wanted to speak with someone in a higher position, in which she replied she’d tell the property manager to call me back the following day."
