The Heights

"We've lived at The Heights for a year now and we have loved every second of everyday. From the hospitality of the front desk to Don fixing some stuff in our home we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The intentionality of each monthly event has been awesome to be a part of. The safety of the gated community at night has been a game changer. Getting a cup of coffee, going to the pool, having a quiet work place or getting a workout in, are a few steps away for us. One story to raise awareness of the extra mile the staff will go for their tenants is back in October we had our first born and while at the hospital the Pumpkin Patch event took place. When we got home from the hospital there were two pumpkins neatly place outside our door. We love The Heights and recommend anyone who is looking for a home to take a tour and experience the goodness for yourself."

"We love living at The Heights! The community & staff are amazing. We enjoy the amenities at the clubhouse, pool & gym, all right here in the neighborhood. Our pup feels at home as well with his own doggie door, dog parks and Dog Spa. And maintenance-free living is incredible!"

"My husband and I have lived here for 7 months and truly have nothing but positive things to say. What you see is what you get. High-quality homes with great yards, and amenities that live up to the hype (gym, pool, clubhouse, etc.). Not to mention the staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. We love the frequent events and treats for residents (like the pumpkin patch and Bingo nights). Maintenance staff is super fast and highly competent. I always feel safe here and have never minded the little bit of extra distance, especially now that Publix is open down the street. People are friendly and the community is clean and peaceful. 15/10 recommend, and absolutely worth the price! We love The Heights."

"I’m a regular pet sitter for a family at The Heights. The house is nice and clean with wonderful appliances. The clubhouse is gorgeous with a nice sized gym and a great pool. Simple dog park is also available, which is good for furry friends. Also important to note- little things are thought of too like this Pumpkin Patch with free pumpkins for residents. I always enjoy my stays here and love going for walks during sunrise and sunset- great views of both. The neighborhood is quite a ways out of town, but with the roundabout and the Publix (in construction), I’m sure this area in Irondale will be booming before long."
