"Been here over 3 years. Management has changed once. And Harvest Reality is doing a much better job. All units have been remolded, pests issues are gone, maintenance is a company ran, location based, service. Expect 24-48 hours unless emergency. Parking is tight & rent prices have gone up about 45%. Our 1BD 1.5 BTH townhome was $920 & will be converted into a 2BR 2BTH for $1500+ as of 1/1/24"

"Probably one of the worst places I stayed. About out of my 8 months ( broke my lease due to inhumane conditions ) of staying on a 12 month lease my air conditioning didn’t work about all 8 of them. It took them 3-4 days to come out with an supposed on call maintenance man. I hated every bit of staying here I was paying for a roof over my head that’s it prove isn’t worth it either. The wood flooring is uneven my stuff is all slanted. The steps with whole or either missing with nails pocking out brought these things up when I moved in never fixed. If I had the money and resources I would sue them for everything. But I’m a college student and according to Birmingham health department nothing can be done so I just gotta fall through one of the missing steps and hope for the best. Don’t do it don’t move here consider your mental health"

"Since the new owners took over, things have been great! Morgan and her team go above and beyond to make sure the tenants are satisfied. She calls back promptly and handles any issues that arise IMMEDIATELY! The maintenance staff is amazing and respond so quickly. They never "band-aid" issues, and truly care about the quality of their work. I've lived here for over a year and would recommend this complex to anyone looking for affordable, clean apartments in the downtown area."

"Absolutely horrible experience living here. Roaches, spiders, and even a mouse despite monthly pest control and keeping the place very clean. It was literally infested when I moved in. Got better because I was proactive about it, but the problem never fully went away. Maintenance problems were never-ending and took forever to be addressed. Even when my AC was broken in August for 2 weeks. You can hear everything your neighbors say/do, and you better hope they don’t have a dog that barks. If you have an upstairs neighbor, their footsteps will shake your entire apartment and wake you up if you’re sleeping. The laundry room is disgusting, and half the time the machines don’t work. My time here was a nightmare and I was constantly stressed because of the pests, noise, and maintenance problems. I wish I had paid more money to live anywhere else. It’s not worth it!!! Avoid at all costs."
