"i took my fiancé to the ER when he got into the wreck this morning and ended up with a head injury and we sat in the waiting room along with a handful of other people for 3 hours and not a single person was called back. no one seemed to care to see the patients. we came to the ER for a reason not just to sit here and watch the receptionist play on their phone"
"It always seems to be an issue getting an appt. My daughter had an appointment for 11/3 they called and told me that due to doctors not being in the office they would have to reschedule and work my daughter in because the next available wasn't until January but they assured me they would get her in before then since she already had an appointment and this was their fault.Couldn't reschedule right then and that they would have to call me back. Never heard anything so I called back. The girl was really rude the entire time on the phone and when I explained they already told me they will get her in before January she told me they didn't have anything. The front desk lady's just seem to not like their job and are always rude about everything rather than be helpful to us parents."
"My son has been under the care of theirs for almost 12 years and since he’s been on medication for his adhd its always a problem when its comes to meds and even more of an issue with get his prescription since the shortage of his medication its to the point now that i have to find him new care his doctor Tonya is great she is great at what she does and very helpful and understand i hate to have to remove my son from under her care but i have to part ways but as i stated every month i have an issue with his meds because they want allow meds to be sent to different pharmacies so on thursday i called and requested a refill for his medication i told the lady i been picking his medication prescription up because walgreens doesnt have it in stock at the beginning of the call and at the end of the call they lady told me ok she understands the meds was sent to walgreens anyway because the lady didnt note the cause correctly the supervisor tina listen to the call and admitted it was their mistaken which has happened multiple times i had to call walgreens and ask them to remove the medication from their system so i can try to get a prescription so i called back spoke to tina again she told me she would reach back out but i never heard anything from her and called back she said she talk with the doctors who was in clinic and some stated she doesnt feel comfortable writing a prescription for a level 2 controlled substance and she will send it to publix and if that store doesnt have they will send it to another location which is a lie and tina the supervisor got on the phone and basicly lied to me even though she knew the information was a lie so i called around an found a location that have the medication available so tina called back and told me everything was taken care of and his medication will be sent to the pharmacy at 5:35 pm i called the pharmacy no medication have been sent called again around 9 pm no medication they put me thru hell to get his medication sorted out for their error to still not be able to get his medication so now i have to wait til tuesday to do it all over again if u want your child to face the issues im facing i will think twice about picking this location for your child care and needs"
"An extremely unorganized chain of communication. I have a son with special medical conditions and trying to get in touch with his cardiologist, Dr. Batten is AWFUL! I have to leave a message with the front desk. They know nothing about me or my son. They send the message to the doctor’s nurse and I get a call back at the end of business and I can’t return the call!! It’s not emergency, but these are timely and important inquiries and I get nothing. There needs to be a better chain of command to get these calls returned/questions answered. More ways to communicate than going through a front desk!! It’s frustrating!"
