"My son had a clear lymph node on his neck upon his return from an overseas trip. We were worried he might have an infection of some sort. My wife took him to Dr. T and he ordered blood work for him. HH medical mall collected blood from my son 20 days ago. Today I stopped by the doctor’s clinic to pick up my son’s lab results just on a hunch. I had to wait 45mins total to walk out with my copies. I could not believe the front desk clerks went to a meeting and left me waiting on my copies that the doctor already asked them to hand out to me. These kinda people make you lose your temper. My frustration with the front desk today is irrelevant here. What is of paramount importance is that this clinic did not even bother follow up with us the parents with my son’s lab results even 20 days later. I had to stop by the office to find out what the results are. Luckily my son’s results were normal. If they were not, the consequences could have been catastrophic and the infection could have spread throughout his tiny body. Human life is at stake here and these people take it so recklessly. I have all the respect for Dr. T for his expertise and professionalism, but unfortunately his nurses and employees actions reflect on him. I hope things will get better for their own sake."

"My granddaughter has been going to Dr. T and Dr. Bell for a long time. We love both doctors and have never had a problem there. I notice several reviews about the wait time and rude staff. We have always been treated nicely. As far as the wait time it is no different than any other doctor I have been to. It can take longer sometimes than other times. I want to thank the nurses, doctors and all the other staff during this difficult time. Thank you!"

"My son was seeing Dr. Bell before she left the practice and absolutely loved her. Never had any problems with refills, call backs or getting a new prior authorization for meds my son’s been on for almost 2 years. So now Dr. Thotakura has taken over his care and I’ve called everyday this week needing a new PA. I have left messages for someone to call me back and nothing!!! Call this morning and rude lady answering the phone said Dr.Thotakura is out of the office until Thursday. So no call back, no new PA and my son will be out of his meds this afternoon. Never ever had this issue when Dr. Bell was there. It’s definitely time for us to find a new and caring pediatrician. Update- So here we are a week later and still no call back. Son was outta his meds and we ended up paying for them instead of insurance because this doctor or his staff couldn’t take the time to do a prior authorization."

"I love Dr. T but,over the last 14 years a few staff members( no longer there)were less then kind or professional. However the core staff and nurses are very loving, kind, supportive and professional. It is always easy to make a appointment and if your child is sick they have ALWAYS given us a appointment for that day,some places give you an appointment days later, I really appreciate that and that's why I would"

"Although I really like Dr. T I can not give a good review because his front desk staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. My daughter was sent for X-Rays and I can't get any one to call me back and when I asked to speak with a nurse I was told they are all with patients and there was no voicemail I could be transferred to. That was almost 3 hours ago. This will be our last visit. I will be finding a new doctor."
