"I wanted to share my great experience with this office. I haven't been to the dentist for a few years due to the pandemic. I figured it was time to go already. My fiance actually chose this office from my list of eligible providers my insurance carrier covers. I called to make an appointment and the young lady was very nice and was able to provide an appointment that fit my schedule. The new patient forms were able to be completed on my phone and that was very convenient. I went to my appointment and I only waited five minutes in the lobby. The office is very nice, modern, a comfortable waiting area with an air purifier which was nice. Also, they have a nice children's area with a TV and a movie playing. Once, I was brought back the dental assistant took me over to a very modern x-ray machine. It was not too invasive, like other ones tend to be, which I appreciate because I am a "Gagger." I was brought back to the chair, which also had a big screen TV above it with relaxing videos playing, of turquoise waters and other beautiful destinations which did help in easing my nerves. Dr. Dina introduced herself and examined me, she asked me a few questions to get to know my situation a bit. She suggested I needed a deep cleaning and that they would reach out to get approval from my insurance company so they would cover the costs. She said as soon as they get a response from my insurance company they would notify me with a decision and/or options available. So, I received a call from the office the next day that I was approved for my deep cleaning and made and appointment to finally get my deep cleaning done. That was fast, I have dealt with this in the past, and never got an approval, but this staff was able to get it done for me! and quickly! I went for my appointment to get my deep cleaning. I spoke with Dr. Dina prior to beginning my cleaning to let her know about my "gagging" issues. She reassured me whenever I needed a break just to raise my hand. So we began and Dr.Dina and her assistant were just awesome! I felt so relaxed my deep cleaning lasted about 30 minutes and I didn't feel the need to stop to take a break, nor did I gag not once! My teeth were so clean and I did notice the work that she did, fast and just awesome. Dr. Dina and her entire staff are just great, I am glad my sweetie found this great office for me, I highly recommend coming here. I appreciate Dr. Dina & her staff. Thank you again! "
