"I LOVE living here. My experience has been nothing but great! The property manager went above and beyond to help me get moved in quickly. Move-in was smooth and I was welcomed home by a thoughtful welcome package, new carpet, vinyl hardwoods, fresh paint and modern appliances. I can't say enough about the maintenance crew. Any issues I've had (all minor), have been fixed ASAP, with care and repaired correctly. The property is well maintained, including the pool, and I appreciate that the complex isn't overwhelmingly large. It's like a little community. We even have fun, monthly incentives. I Highly recommend!"
"Nicest office staff along with maintenance!"
"I have lived here for almost 4 years. Pool was down and not cleaned for 3 of the years I was here. I have been given 7 days to get out over hearsay of another person in the complex. No evidence of the things he said I did but they are still putting me out on the street. The man who lied on me is a felon with 18 violent charges so I don’t even know how he’s able to rent here. They also have roaches. Killed over 20 my first night here. The price isn’t worth it. Everything in my apartment has fell apart within the first year I moved here. Drawers falling out the bottom of the sink. Toilet paper roll holder held up with rusted screws and paint. Tub with stains just painted over. All the paint has come up and peeled and I seen what they were tryna cover up. Landlord special. Save yourself the time and do not move here. Dents in my walls painted over. Cheap carpet that has matted up by my bed. Pretty sure they have bed bugs this past month I have been ate up by bed bugs (diagnosed by doctor)all my furniture is brand new even my bed. Putting me out on the street with nowhere to go given 7 days with no evidence of the things I’m being accused of but the same person accused me is still harassing me and they don’t seem to care."
"I moved from out of state and didn't visit before I moved in which was a mistake. I hated living here. I am a professional who works 6AM-6PM which makes visiting the office to pick up packages impossible since they are only open 10-5PM and the office is closed on weekends. Once I left work to refill my laundry card and the office had just decided to open late with no notice other than a sign on the door. Management is nice but not at all helpful. There is a laundry room but in order to refill your card you have to visit the office which is never open during the times where people who actually have a 9-5 job can visit. The facilities where poorly maintained. The pool was green and closed for half the time I lived here. My downstairs neighbor was super sweet, she used to hang onto my packages so they would not get stolen. Twice I got cite for a late payment fee not because I was late but because something about their payment system had malfunction but it was made my responsibility which is absurd. As a busy person you set up autopay because of the convenience, I even payed an extra $20 a month for said convenience and yet I found myself twice having to go out of my way to try and track management down during their business hours so I could sort this out. Not at all worth it. Also someone tried to get into my apartment in the middle of the night, luckily I had installed a deadbolt (which I will have to pay $50 for because when you moved out you get charged per screw hole you made, but it was so worth it)."
