"Horrible. Squirrels in the ceiling. Foundation cracked in several places. So water seeped in damaging my furniture. Couldn't get renters insurance through anyone. All of the light switches stop operating properly. Always having to unplug things to operate something else. Then in the end the ceiling started leaking and the walls started separating because of the window units."

"This guy is a joke. Once he has your info he will hound you for "referrals" to people who need their credit fixed. Hound. Like a broken record. And then has the gall to want a CO-SIGNER for a $425 drty old apartment in a slum neighborhood with dead roaches in the tub, amoung other things. I'd LOVE to see someone with "great' credit rent one of your "properties". Not happening. Hound on dude."
