"I don't write a lot of reviews but wanted to write one now partly to respond to a few things "John Doe" wrote in his review. Shaelah and staff, who are part of the new management company as of a year or two ago, have been very helpful and friendly on a continual basis. Our a/c filters do get changed on a regular schedule set up by the maintenance team, and the filters are provided for by management. The one maintenance request I have put in was addressed and fixed about 2 hours after I had submitted it, which amazed me because of how quick they responded! And yes, there have been problems with excessive barking dogs indoors, but when I talked to Shaelah about the problem by my apt, she was quick to address it with the owner and things have been much better. Managing apartments and tenants is obviously a hard job. I cannot speak for other tenants regarding their comments, but I do want to say I appreciate what Shaelah and crew do here because they do a much better job than other places I have lived, and the apts here are relatively new and nice compared to many other places. This community also has a great community lounge/office area that is open for tenants to use, with free printing access, and the best fitness room I have seen in any apt complex. Thanks to Shaelah and crew!"

"Firstly, ever so often they send out emails trying to persuade residents to post positive reviews. This apartment complex doesn't deserve anywhere close to the current 3.9 rating they have. One of my biggest complaints are that they never follow through with maintenance requests. I've lived here for over two years and my A/C filter might have been changed three times. No matter how many requests or emails you send they just don't respond. There's a pet problem. Indoor dogs bark and yelp all day with no resolve. Pet owners don't pickup after their pets, so there's dog droppings everywhere. Apparently they cannot do anything about this, but have no issue charging a fee of $25 if you leave your garbage can out past 9:00AM. Shaelah (most recent community manager) has done a terrible job. Darrell and Rich (maintenance team) should actually try following up on maintenance requests from time to time; and realize just because you're on a golf cart doesn't mean you don't have to stop at the stop sign at the front gate. Also, come on the right days and you'll be privileged to see the landfill that is the community dumpster. A complex this size with one dumpster is baffling. Don't be fooled by the pool up front. The buildings are riddled with leaks and condensation from humidity. Before you lease make sure you take a tour of the actual unit you'll be moving into. These people are deceitful and you'll find yourself in a unit that has quite the few flaws and you'll just have to live with them until you move out."
