"Staff at Rowan were very pleasant. We walked in to have my daughter’s ears pierced and had a slight wait but not too long. Once she was up in the chair Nurse Lauryn was very sweet and explained everything to her so she wouldn’t be scared. I would definitely recommend for ear piercing."

"10/10 experience! I scheduled an appointment online a couple days in advance and they were super kind about answering any questions I had before my appointment over text. They have WAY cuter earring options than tattoo parlors, and the store is so fun and vibrant. It’s a little pricier than a tattoo parlor, but I think the experience, the nurses, the level of cleanliness, and the earring options make the price difference well worth the money. My nurse, Berenice, was so kind and so accommodating throughout my entire appointment. I used to have a terrible needle-phobia, so it was so comforting to have her walk me through step-by-step and make sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was very specific with the placement and was so quick and efficient with the piercings! I had my doubles and 2 helix piercings done in one session and the experience was so comfortable and celebratory.
