"Would put a zero if i could. Never received service. Had a roadside tow scheduled for 10:30am to 11am and received a call at 9:30 a hour early for my schedule pick up. Told the driver my scheduled time but to give me 10 mins to get there. I arrive to the location for pick up and the security tells me the tow truck left 5 mins before i got there after i rushed out of the house cause the driver showed up a hour early! If you couldn’t wait 10 mins you could have said that before i left my home and i could have made other arrangements!"

"Terrible Terrible Terrible service!!! Customer service is even worse! I received two(2) ETA’s that made my wait time EXCEED three(3) hrs & still no tow. I called the number provided & after about an hour and half they finally answered the phone. After answering the guy yelled at me & said it’s gonna take an additional 40 minutes for the tow!!! I don’t know how they got that contract but If this company is the one that is assigned to service you CANCEL & get somebody else to do it. Hell it might be quicker to push the vehicle yourself!!! I don’t recommend this tow service at all. I wished I could rate it less than one(1) star."

"Supreme towing came to the rescue on Wednesday! My family and I were waiting over 2.5 hours for aaa when we decided to just Google near by tow companies and Supreme towing not only offered the best pricing but showed up in less than 10 minutes!!! The vehicle was in a difficult place to attach to the tow truck so they dispatched a second team member to help and insure no additional damage was caused. Both team members were professional and kind! They took great care of our vehicle. A couple days later we realized that we needed another copy of the receipt and within minutes they sent me a copy!!! Customer service is top notch! We are very pleased. After the rude AAA rep left a bad taste in our mouths dealing with Supreme towing was a breath of fresh air! Thanks Supreme!"

"I promise y’all don’t NEVER COME HERE they change the prices on you and charge extra for labor they are scammers and tires are not good shape Do not recommend !!"

"I called Supreme Towing at 9:23am to tow my brothers car from one auto shop to another local auto shop. They arrived very quickly and at 9:40am to be exact! They were professional and offered speedy service. I am impressed especially when it’s snowing outside."
