"They are very nice is really quiet the landlord is really strict about speeding through there so you have to go like 5 miles an hour but it's real quiet it's nice peaceful rent there is based on income but you have to get either some kind of disability or government check or government assistance of some kind to live there they do a background check I don't know how intense it is but I know they do one but the apartments there are really nice they come through like every other week or maybe it's once a month and do a spection in there but they make sure you're there when they do it"

"It is actually a really nice set of Townhomes it is right by a convenience store and a laundromat the landlord there is kind of strict but pretty much if you mind your own business and stay out of trouble and don't do nothing out of the ordinary and I guess you would be okay it's not no hood apartment complex or nothing like that"

"They are actually really decent Townhomes and the maintenance person on Deck 24/7 but it is right outside of the hood so there is some Hood people in there and you'd have to be on some type of government assistance I think disability even living there but other than that they were really nice Apartments actually the bedrooms are upstairs your living room kitchen and bathroom is downstairs I don't think there is even a bathroom upstairs though that's the only bad thing that's why I gave it 4 stars"

"Site manager is very unprofessional my apartment caved-in with water they did not want to help me I had to call the city of mobile when I call Urban Development I was harassed I was talked about it was ongoing disputes between her and other neighbors about mess I have never lived in such disarray the apartment leaks is full of mold and no one fix anything if you're not about what they have going on then they pick on you if I was homeless on the street I wouldn't go there to live the way they treat they tenants when they make a complaint is unbelievable I have a lawsuit pending right now I advise anybody that lived in that apartment complex to take legal actions because there is a class action lawsuit we have 10 people already"

"It has been months since I turned in my application, and when I call Brian, he keeps telling me he has a couple in front of. I know for a fact that a friend of mine was leaving there and Brian told me he would probably put me in her apartment. Also he said I would be there before Christmas. Now it's almost January and unhappy"
