"Terrible company, agent is almost always never available, must leave multiple voicemails just to get a call back days later. Most recently, I was told the day of scheduled repairs, that I don't have rental coverage, when my previous vehicle that was totaled, got me a rental for two weeks. I did nothing to request my policy to be different so why is this happening? I have no idea because once again, no one is answering the phone. Do yourself a favor, and stay far away from this company."
