"I love my apartment it's very nice and quiet. The only downsize is dealing with prichard water I don't use the dishwasher and I only wash once a month, so why is my water bill $84.00. When I first moved here it was $43.00 for the first couple of months and it jumped to $70 or $80.00 a month. Do they even read the meters because that is high for only one person."
